As this dual-framework unfolds, the illustrations play a critical role in conveying emotions and cultural nuances, enhancing the storytelling experience. Through his exploration of love, loss, and acceptance, Le Nguyen Trung crafts a rich tapestry that highlights the power of storytelling as a means of connection. The use of magical realism within the fairy tales serves as an experimental narrative device that deepens Tien’s journey of self-discovery and understanding.
