The book is divided into short, engaging chapters that capture the amusing interactions between the animals, the family, and the enigmatic rabbit. As the story progresses, Chester becomes convinced that Bunnicula is a vampire, particularly due to his eerie nocturnal habits and the pallor of his fur.
