"美少女戦士セーラームーン 1 [Acts 1-6]" by 武内 直子 is the inaugural volume of the iconic manga series that centers around the adventures of a group of magical girls, known as the Sailor Guardians. The story unfolds in modern-day Tokyo, where the protagonist, Usagi Tsukino, starts as an average, slightly clumsy middle school girl. Her life dramatically changes when she encounters a talking cat named Luna, who reveals Usagi’s destiny as Sailor Moon, the guardian tasked with protecting the world from dark forces. This volume comprises six acts that introduce the core themes of friendship, bravery, and self-discovery. Each act explores Usagi's transformation from an inexperienced fighter into a confident leader, as she learns to harness her newly acquired magical powers.
